Notice the drawing following Langers lines and that the larger excision does only strecht the mouth a little (will over 3 months settle nicely)

Step 3a: Excision

The tumor is excised in 7,5 mm margin including deeper subdermal fatty tissue.

The tumor is excised in 7,5 mm margin including deeper subdermal fatty tissue.

Step 4: Closure

Minor undermining of skin and then closure in two layers. Subdermal inverted absorbable sutures and nylon single sutures in the skin.

Step 5: Result

Micropore is applied to the cicatrice to avoid stretching
