Step 1: Pre operative photo

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) on the upper right lip.

Step 2: Drawing

5mm safety margin is drawn around the SCC. Ellipsoid

Step 3: Excision

Excised in 5-7 mm margin by a wedge excision.

Step 4: Closure

The defect was closed using absorbable 4-0 vicryl sutures in the dermis and nylon 4-0 single sutures in the skin. Nylon sutures to be removed after 10 days. Micropore was applied to avoid further stretching.
