Ear Case 3 Skin transplant

Patient with painfull kerato Acanthoma on the left antihelix growing for 6 months. Squamous cell carcinoma should be excluded.

The tumor was excised in 5 mm margins including chondral parts.

The posterior skin on the ear was spared. A full thickness skin transplant in the right size was then harvested.
