1. About the service
PlastSurgeon is an educational platform for plastic, breast and reconstructive surgery, offering a handbook, courses & MCQs, and surgical cases. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Educational use only — not medical advice
All content is for education and training of healthcare professionals. It does not constitute medical advice and must not replace clinical judgement, local protocols, or supervision. You are responsible for how you apply any information.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Sign-in may be provided by our shared identity service, Plast ID. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Membership & billing
- Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Refunds beyond this are at our discretion.
- Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
5. User-submitted content & patient consent
When you submit a case, you confirm that valid patient consent has been obtained for all images and clinical information, that you have the right to share it, and that it contains no identifiable patient data without consent. You grant PlastSurgeon a licence to host and display submitted content on the platform. We may review, edit, or remove submissions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, scrape content, share your account, or upload unlawful or non-consented material.
7. Intellectual property
Platform content is owned by PlastSurgeon and its contributors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Your membership grants personal, non-transferable access.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions or outcomes arising from use of the content. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Privacy & cookies
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
