Hand Disinfection

You must apply hand disinfectant for two mintues before every surgery.

  1. Use your elbow to apply hand disinfectant.
  2. Soak your hands and underarms.
  3. Keep your hands and underarms soaked for 2 minutes while you rub the hand disinfectant in.
  4. Rub in until dry.
  5. Make sure to keep your hands sterile.
  6. Your are now ready to put on your sterile scrubs.
