Skin

Local

When there is a suspicion of metastasis in skin locally, the element should be excised in the same distance as the total primary excision. (Eg. excision of primary tumor 20 mm = excision of obs metastasis 20 mm).

Distant

When there is a suspicion of metastasis in skin distant, the element should be excised in 10 mm distance (Eg. excision of primary tumor foot 20 mm = excision of obs metastasis chest 10 mm).

Lymph node

Ultrasonic imaging with core needle biopsy.

Request a PDL1 and BRAF test for the pathology.
