Z 成形术长度增益
Z 成形术通过转位两个三角形皮瓣来延长并重新定向瘢痕或挛缩。理论纵向长度增益取决于侧肢与中央肢之间的角度。
按肢角计算的长度增益
经典理论增益为：30° 时 25%，45° 时 50%，60° 时 75%，75° 时 100%，90° 时 120%。60° 是常见的折中——角度越大长度越多，但也会增加缝合张力。
何时使用 Z 成形术
Z 成形术可松解线性瘢痕挛缩，沿松弛皮肤张力线打断直线瘢痕，并在重建和美容外科中重新排列或延长组织。
