乳房縮小術において、Schnurスライディングスケールは BSA を片側乳房あたりの最小切除重量と関連付けるもので、医学的必要性の判定基準としてよく用いられます。グラム単位の閾値については、地域または保険者のSchnurテーブルを参照してください。
