Z-plasty लंबाई लाभ
एक Z-plasty किसी निशान या संकुचन को लंबा और पुनर्निर्देशित करने के लिए दो त्रिकोणीय फ्लैप को स्थानांतरित करती है। सैद्धांतिक अनुदैर्ध्य लंबाई लाभ केंद्रीय अंग के सापेक्ष पार्श्व अंगों के कोण पर निर्भर करता है।
अंग कोण के अनुसार लंबाई लाभ
क्लासिक सैद्धांतिक लाभ 30° पर 25%, 45° पर 50%, 60° पर 75%, 75° पर 100% और 90° पर 120% होते हैं। साठ डिग्री सामान्य समझौता है — व्यापक कोण अधिक लंबाई देते हैं लेकिन क्लोज़र तनाव बढ़ाते हैं।
Z-plasty का उपयोग कब होता है
Z-plasty रैखिक निशान संकुचन को रिलीज़ करती है, रिलैक्स्ड स्किन टेंशन लाइनों के आर-पार सीधे निशानों को तोड़ती है, और पुनर्निर्माण एवं सौंदर्य सर्जरी में ऊतक को पुनः संरेखित या लंबा करती है।
त्वचा की लोच के कारण वास्तविक लंबाई लाभ आमतौर पर सैद्धांतिक मान से कम होता है। केवल शैक्षिक — रोगी के ऊतक और तनाव के अनुसार योजना बनाएं।
