75 years old male with basal cell carcinoma on the left side of the nose involving parts of the alae.

Step 1: Drawing
The tumor seen with the naked eye is marked and a surgical margin of 5 mm margin drawn.

Step 2: Excision
The tumor was excised in 5 mm margin including subdermal slim tissues and marked a 12 o clock for the histologic assessment. Tumor radically excised using per-operative freezing histology.

3 months follow-up. A minor drag in the left alae nasi is found. The patient was satisfied with the result.
