Maksimalt tilladt blodtab
Tilladt blodtab (ABL) estimerer, hvor meget blod en patient kan tabe, før et minimum-acceptabelt hæmoglobin nås, og hjælper med at planlægge transfusion og væskestrategi under kirurgi.
Sådan beregnes det
Estimeret blodvolumen (EBV) = vægt × en blodvolumen-faktor (ca. 75 mL/kg voksen mand, 65 kvinde, 70 barn, 80 spæd). ABL = EBV × (initial − minimum Hb) ÷ initial Hb.
Hvornår det hjælper
Nyttigt før fedtsugning, store lapper eller body contouring til at fastsætte en transfusionstærskel og styre intraoperativ væskeerstatning.
